What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser. They’re used by virtually every modern website to remember preferences, keep you logged in, or measure how visitors use the site. Some are strictly necessary; others require your consent.
The cookies we set
Strictly necessary — always on
- PHPSESSID — session cookie. Keeps your CSRF token valid while you complete the booking form. Expires when you close the browser.
- cc_cookie — remembers your cookie-consent choice (so we don’t show the banner repeatedly). Expires after 6 months.
Analytics — only if you opt in
- _om_analytics_id — anonymised identifier used only to count unique visits and most-popular pages. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any third-party advertising tracker. The ID is regenerated every 13 months. Stored only on our own servers in Malaysia.
Marketing — only if you opt in
- None set by default. If we ever add re-marketing for testimonials or program launches, we will update this list and ask for fresh consent.
Cookies set by third parties
We embed Google Fonts and the Orestbida CookieConsent script via jsDelivr. These services may receive standard request metadata (IP, user agent) but do not set persistent cookies in your browser. The booking form does not embed any third-party widgets.
Changing your preferences
You can change your cookie choices at any time:
- Click “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page on this site.
- Or clear cookies in your browser settings — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
Disabling cookies entirely
Most browsers let you block all cookies. If you choose this, the booking form will still function (we’ll fall back to a request-token in the form), but you’ll see the consent banner on every visit because we won’t be able to remember your choice.
How this site differs from large sites
We don’t use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or any other third-party tracking technology. Our analytics is built in-house and stays on our own servers. That’s a deliberate choice — it costs us a little more, but means your data isn’t mined by anyone else.
