The closed-track advantage
We lease a 1.8-hectare closed track in Puchong Utama for Class B training. It means your first ten hours of clutch control, figure-8, slow weave, emergency-brake and gear-change drills happen with no Grab drivers, no lorries, and no horns. The transition to open road becomes a confidence boost — not a panic.
The B-test format
The JPJ Class B road test runs across two segments:
- Pre-test (closed): Figure-8 weave through cones in under 50 seconds with both feet up, plus an inclined-plank balance ride. This is where most candidates fail — we drill it until it’s effortless.
- Live road (15 minutes): Junction, roundabout, lane-change and emergency-brake assessment. The examiner follows on a separate bike.
Safety equipment we provide
- SIRIM-certified full-face helmet (sanitised between learners)
- Padded riding gloves
- High-visibility reflective vest
- Optional knee and elbow guards for absolute beginners
If you prefer to bring your own gear, that’s welcome — the helmet must be SIRIM-stickered and in visibly good condition.
“The closed track is where confidence is earned. Once you can do a perfect figure-8 at walking pace without putting a foot down, the JPJ test feels almost relaxed.” — Cikgu Fadhli, Motorbike Lead Instructor
