Terms & Conditions.

Last updated 6 May 2026. By booking a program with Omnitura Driving Academy Sdn Bhd you agree to the following terms. We’ve done our best to write them in plain language.

1. Definitions

“Omnitura”, “we”, “us”: Omnitura Driving Academy Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg 202301047823 (1647823-T)). “Learner”, “you”: the individual enrolled in any Omnitura program. “Program”: any of the packages listed on our pricing page.

2. Booking and confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once you have signed the enrolment form and paid either the full program fee or a 30% deposit (whichever applies to your package).
  • Your slot is reserved for 7 calendar days from the date of confirmation. Lessons should commence within this window unless otherwise agreed.
  • For programs requiring JPJ paperwork (L licence, conversion, motorbike), you authorise us to submit your NRIC / passport and photo on your behalf.

3. Lesson scheduling

  • Lessons are booked through the office WhatsApp scheduler. Each lesson is 60 minutes door-to-door from your registered pickup address.
  • You may reschedule a lesson up to 12 hours in advance at no charge.
  • Same-day cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) incur a RM 25 fee to cover the instructor’s booked time.
  • No-show without notice is charged at the full lesson rate.

4. Conduct during lessons

For the safety of all road users, we reserve the right to terminate a lesson immediately and without refund if a learner:

  • Is visibly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medication that affects judgement.
  • Refuses to follow safety instructions from the assigned instructor.
  • Behaves abusively toward the instructor or other road users.

In all such cases the matter will be reviewed by the academy founders within 48 hours and a written explanation provided.

5. Vehicles and equipment

  • Omnitura provides a school-registered dual-control vehicle for all licensing-pathway lessons. You may not bring your own car for Class D or Class B licensing.
  • For the Confidence & Refresher program, you may bring your own car subject to a RM 60/hour temporary dual-control fitting fee.
  • You are responsible for any damage to the school vehicle caused by gross negligence, racing or wilful misconduct — up to the standard motor insurance excess of RM 1,200.

6. JPJ tests and fees

  • JPJ government fees (currently RM 60 for KPP01, RM 50 for car re-test, RM 30 for motorbike re-test, RM 30 for L licence renewal, RM 30 for P licence card) are passed through at cost.
  • We only schedule your JPJ test once you have passed an internal Omnitura rehearsal.
  • If JPJ cancels or reschedules your test slot for reasons outside our control (system downtime, examiner unavailability), we will rebook at no charge.

7. Pricing and payment

  • All prices shown on the pricing page include vehicle, fuel, JPJ fees (where stated), free pickup in the 14 standard coverage suburbs, and 8% SST.
  • Pickup from KL Central postcodes incurs a RM 25 flat surcharge.
  • Payment is accepted via FPX online banking, e-wallet (Touch’n Go, GrabPay), credit card, or cash at the studio. Cheques are not accepted.

8. Refunds

See our refund policy for full details. In summary: 80% refund of the unused balance within 7 days if you complete fewer than 4 lessons and decide we’re not the right fit.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in line with our privacy policy and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this website (text, images, logos, video) is the property of Omnitura Driving Academy Sdn Bhd. You may share links freely; you may not republish content commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Omnitura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from program enrolment or website use. Our maximum liability in any dispute is capped at the total fees paid by the learner for the relevant program.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be referred to the courts of Selangor.

13. Updates

Material updates to these terms will be communicated to active learners via email at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
