For honesty’s sake: these JPJ-set government fees are billed at face value — no Omnitura mark-up.
If you fail and need to re-sit the JPJ test, the JPJ levies RM 50 per attempt (Car) or RM 30 (Motorbike). We pass this through at cost.
L licences are valid for six months. If you need to extend, the JPJ renewal fee is RM 30 for one further six-month block.
Once you pass, the P licence physical card costs RM 30 for a two-year validity, set by JPJ.
Pickup inside KLCC, Bukit Bintang, KL Sentral or Bangsar incurs a flat RM 25 traffic surcharge. Everywhere else in our 14 coverage suburbs is free.
